FAFO Community Arts Grant Application
FAFO's Community Art Grants support artists and organizations' arts and cultural activities in service to Marion County residents. These activities increase the value of the arts as an integral part of the community and make arts accessible to all.
Examples of previously funded projects include mural creation, promoting art in the schools, creating and supporting art central events, sustaining civic theater performances, etc.
The grants range varies depending on the project's scope. These grants are available to artists, nonprofits, and schools.
There is no timeline for the grant process and approval; however, grants are approved during the FAFO financial year of January 1- December 30 each year.

In some cases, follow-up questions will be asked, or an interview will be needed to help the committee understand the application. If approved by the committee, the grant request will be presented to the FAFO board for final funding approval. (Note: Not all projects will be approved by the committee for funding).
